Marco Botteghi graduated in law from the University of Trento in 2016 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2019.
Marco handles several aspects of the protection and enforcement of IP law, in particular, trade marks, patents, designs, new plant varieties, copyright, trade secrets and unfair competition.
Marco also organises and participates as a lecturer in forums and seminars focused on IP rights. He is a member of AIPPI and AIGA
