International Workshop: Research and Information sharing on freezing and confiscation orders in the European Union (RINSE)

Titolo professionale: The international workshop has gathered high-level speakers from Belgium, France, Greece, and Italy who have guided the participants to work on two case studies related to the mutual recognition procedure and freezing and confiscation measures. We have also had high-level discussion on judicial cooperation in criminal matters and the confiscation and management of criminal assets within the EU legal framework.
